Refund Policy

At Teachers Vision Coaching Institute, we value transparency and fairness in our dealings with students. We understand that circumstances may arise where a student needs to seek a refund of their fees. Therefore, we have established the following fee refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds will only be considered for the tuition fees paid for the coaching program.
   • Registration fees, study material fees, or any other administrative charges are non-refundable.
   •  

2. Refund Request Procedure:

   • Refund requests should be submitted to the administrative office of Teachers’ Vision.
   • Students must submit a written refund request stating the reason for the refund along with supporting documentation, if applicable.
   •  

3. Refund Amount:

   • The amount of refund will be determined based on the following criteria:
     • If a student requests a refund before the commencement of classes, 100% of the tuition fees paid will be refunded.
     • If a student withdraws from the program within the 15 days of classes, refund of fees will be calculated on pro rata basis. Minimum amount equal to registration fees and administrative handling charges, GST paid and cost of books, etc. will deducted
       from fees paid during process of refund.
     • If a student withdraws from the program after the 15 days of classes, no refund will be provided.
     • Student left date will be considered the day student inform the institute via email, text or via application at Institute’s administrative office.
   •   

4. Exceptions:

   • In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or other valid reasons, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the institute management.
   • Any decision regarding exceptions to the refund policy will be final and binding.
   •  

5. Refund Policy Modification:

   • Teachers’ Vision Institute reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
   • Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated to students through appropriate channels.

By enrolling in our coaching programs, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this refund policy. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact the administrative office of Teachers’  Vision Institute.

Refund Timeline: Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
