1. IICA–WNS Ybrant Programme on CSR, ESG & Sustainability
• Launched by: Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) & WNS Global Services in New Delhi.
• Aim: Align business performance with sustainable & inclusive growth; integrate CSR–ESG–Sustainability into management education.
• Course Duration: 6 months (classroom + fieldwork).
• Weekly live sessions: Conducted via IICA’s online platform.
• Purpose: Prepare students for purpose-driven leadership roles.
• CSR Spending Rise: ₹10,065.93 cr (2014–15) → ₹34,908.75 cr (2023–24).
• Ybrant nature: Tripartite collaboration – Government + Industry + Academia.

2. Punjab – 1st State to Implement Revised Bharat Net Scheme Statewide
• Punjab became India’s first state to implement the amended Bharat Net Scheme across the entire state.
• Award received on 11 November by Chief Secretary K.A.P. Sinha.
• Internet connectivity already in 43 shadow areas; only one village pending (to be covered by end of November).
• Achievement enables live monitoring of rural & border regions.
• BharatNet: Launched October 2011 to connect all Gram Panchayats.
• Implemented by BBNL (incorporated 25 Feb 2012).
• Revised BharatNet Programme (ABP) approved in August 2023.
• Supports e-health, e-governance, digital inclusion.

3. India Shines at Asian Archery Championships 2025 (Dhaka)
• India won 3 Gold + 2 Silver in compound events (13 Nov).
• Individual Women’s Gold: Jyothi Surekha Vennam (147–145) vs Prithika Pradeep.
• Silver: Prithika Pradeep.
• Women’s Team Gold: Deepshikha + Jyothi + Prithika (def. Korea 236–234).
• Mixed Team Gold: Abhishek Verma + Deepshikha (153–151 vs Bangladesh).
• Men’s Team Silver: Abhishek Verma + Sahil Jadhav + Prathamesh Fuge.
• India re-establishes domination in compound archery in Asia.

4. Defence Ministry Signs ₹2,095 Crore Deal for INVAR Missiles
• Defence Ministry signed a ₹2,095 crore contract with Bharat Dynamics Ltd (13 Nov).
• For procurement of INVAR Anti-Tank Missiles for T-90 tanks.
• Category: Buy (Indian).
• Presence: Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh.
• Supports Aatmanirbharta & strengthens mechanised warfare capability.
• INVAR: Laser-guided, high accuracy.

5. Draft Seeds Bill 2025 Released
• Prepared by Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare.
• To replace Seeds Act 1966 & Seeds (Control) Order 1983.
• Aim:
• Ensure quality seeds & prevent spurious seeds.
• Promote innovation & liberalise seed imports.
• Protect farmers’ rights; improve transparency in supply chains.
• Minor offences decriminalised; major violations retain penalties.
• Placed on official website; comments invited till 11 December 2025.

6. WHO Pandemic Preparedness & Emergency Response Site Launched at AIIMS Delhi
• Inaugurated on 13 November by WHO.
• AIIMS becomes part of WHO Global Influenza Surveillance and Response System (GISRS).
• Purpose: Enhance rapid investigation & pandemic response capabilities.
• Remains functional even in non-pandemic periods.
• Will support global coordination among major medical & research institutions.

7. IAF Contingent in France for Garuda-2025
• Venue: Mont-de-Marsan Air Base, France.
• Dates: 16 – 27 November.
• With French Air & Space Force.
• Aircraft: India’s Su-30 MKI to train with Rafale jets.
• Objective: Improve coordination, share operational knowledge, and boost India–France strategic defence ties.

8. 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) Begins at Bharat Mandapam
• Inaugurated by Jitin Prasada, MoS Commerce & Industry.
• Theme: “Ek Bharat – Shreshtha Bharat”.
• Partner States: Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Bihar.
• Focus State: Jharkhand.
• Participation: 12 countries (UAE, China, Iran, South Korea, Egypt, etc.).
• First 5 days reserved for business visitors; general entry from 19 November.
• Organised by ITPO – Govt. of India’s nodal trade promotion agency.

9. India–Nepal Exchange Letter of Exchange Revising Transit Treaty Protocol
• Meeting between India’s Minister Piyush Goyal & Nepal’s Minister Anil Kumar Sinha.
• Revision aims to ease cross-border movement of goods.
• New provision: Direct rail operations on Jogbani–Biratnagar route (bulk + container cargo).
• Smoother cargo movement from Kolkata & Visakhapatnam ports to Biratnagar customs.
• Jogbani–Biratnagar rail corridor jointly opened on 1 June 2023.
• Review included progress on Integrated Check Posts & infrastructure projects.

10. First Regional Conference of Anti-Narcotics Task Force Heads – Nagaland
• Venue: Nagaland Police Complex, Chümoukedima.
• Representatives from Eight Northeastern states + West Bengal.
• Supported by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) under Nasha Mukt Bharat.
• Focus: Enforcement, supply reduction, rehabilitation, de-addiction.
• Nagaland DGP Rupin Sharma:
• Called for amendments to NDPS Act 1985.
• Suggested creation of a specialised anti-trafficking agency.
• Participation: NCB & Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment officials.
